The receptionist I spoke to was absolutely disgustingly rude!
She kept putting me on hold mid conversation without letting me know.
I needed to register with the doctor as I had just moved into the area.
I just needed to know what to bring with me as proof of ID/address etc.
She said she didn't know if I could register and she told me to call back Monday... What?!
I was born in the U.K and live 1 minute away from the practice. I have a British passport and a permanent U.K address.
No explanation given, spoke to me as though she was above me.
Horrendous.
The call was placed at 10:36am on Friday the 22nd of January if management would like to do anything about it.
I heard you had a bad reputation for rude staff, maybe it's time to do something about it!
