- Stuart Leitch Review added: 2018.02.22★ ★ ★ ★ ★There is a very good variety of equipment: from the standard weights and machines; to the many pieces of functional fitness equipment, elastics, ropes, punching bags, yoga equipment. The facilities are well maintained with efforts made to continually improve their them. Both the staff and members are friendly and helpful. There are a great number and variety of classes to choose from. The classes that I have attended have been well planned and professionally executed.
